Devin N. Cofield, Founder/CEO of Trinity Consulting Services is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management.  Devin has worked in the evolving field of Human Resources since June 2000.  Devin is also a graduate of Miller-Motte College with a certification in Esthetics Technology; she is also a Licensed Esthetician in the state of North Carolina.

Devin has always been interested in expanding her knowledge regardless of the topic.  Diversity Issues has always been a concern and an area she has seen that needs to be improved within the corporate arena.  She received diversity training from the work force and The Professional Woman Network based out of Louisville, KY, where she received certification as a Diversity Trainer and was recently awarded her certificationas a Women's Issues Trainer.  This formal training equipped her with the knowledge and confidence she knew was needed to be a successful Diversity Trainer.  She also had the opportunity to co-author The Professional Woman Network's book series (Book XIV) Emotional Wellness for Women Volume I, which was released March 2008.    

Devin is devoted to helping others find their hidden talents, and bringing those talents to the forefront.  It is Devin's hope that through her words and actions she will be able to reach others and give them the confidence to reach, meet and exceed their goals.
